Excursions: Slurpee Craze in Cebu

Cebu has been one of the fast-growing cities in Asia. Indeed, it holds the most number of BPO companies in the Philippines. As such, businessmen have ventured to the queen city to provide services to its people. One of those is the world renown convenience store - 7 eleven.

I had tried their products before in Manila and in SG so these are not new to me. Indeed, it's just a usual convenience store. But contrary to what i thought, the opening of several 7 eleven stores in Cebu had created a buzz in the city. Yes! Everyone were or shall i say are going crazy with the store's chilled drinks - Slurpee.

Slurpee is made of slushy ice soda that comes in 2 flavors - Mountain Dew and Red Apple. There are only 2 available flavors sold in Cebu market. It has resemblance with that of local refreshment Thirsty Slush. Well, it has great difference in taste though. HAHA.
