The newest hotel and conference center has just recently open its door to business and leisure travelers. Quest Hotel and Conference center boasts a 27-story of more than 400 guest rooms. It is conveniently located at the heart of Cebu City just in front of the famous Ayala Center Cebu.

Review: 
What i like about this hotel is that it's location. It's close to Ayala Center Cebu. So one can get easy access to shopping and dining. Also, it has a very affordable rate. Their staffs are very nice - always wear smile on their faces :) They always offer assistance to all their guests. Well trained!!!
On a not so good side, the hotel is not fully carpeted, both the  room and the hallway. Very narrow hallway too. They don't also provide dental kit to their guests. So better bring your own then. 
Overall, it's just an average hotel - bonus is that it's new so most of the facilities and amenities are new too :)
