Figaro Coffee shop is a Filipino owned coffee company established in 1993 in Manila Philippines. To date, there are more than 55 branches in all over the 3 main regions of the country Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
For today's entry, i am featuring the Figaro Coffee IT Park branch. It is located at G/F The Walk, IT Park, Lahug Cebu City 6000.
The place is good and ambiance is worth relaxing. It is in the heart of IT Park so the location is accessible for public commuters. What i don't like much in the cafe is their crew's customer service. It seems that they are all tired and their baristas are like kids playing or yelling with some distorted lyric songs. It's so unprofessional. They better be careful cause they are surrounded with customers who worked in the customer service environment.
Other than that, this cafe can compete to the world renowned Starbucks and Coffee bean :)
